What is the President's Award?
Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious President's Award. The President's Award honors Toyota dealers that excel in all facets of their operations. It is recognition for dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best.
Being presented with the Toyota President’s Award is the highest honor that can be achieved by a Toyota dealership.In order to be presented with the President's Award, the dealership must excel in a number of categories including:
- Customer sales satisfaction
- Customer service satisfaction
- Market share attainment
- Vehicle delivery excellence
- Employee training and certification

We are a family owned and operated auto dealership serving Panama City, Panama City Beach, and the surrounding cities for over 20 years.
Our climate-controlled showroom is one of the largest in the southeast and stores over 50 units! We offer a huge selection of over 300 new and used vehicles for you to choose from.
We also employ 100% Toyota certified sales staff. This means sales representatives can answer any questions regarding Toyota products and assist you in selecting the vehicle that best fits your needs.

DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award
The Consumer Satisfaction Award represents an expansion of DealerRater's annual recognition program for top car dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. To be considered for the Consumer Satisfaction Award a dealership must have:
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the calendar year
- Average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater, with 5.0 as the highest possible rating
- At least one review on DealerRater per quarter during the calendar year
- Must not have been blacklisted within the calendar year
The Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the following:
- Top 10% U.S. franchise dealers based on their PowerScore
- Top U.S. used car dealerships based on their PowerScore
SET Elite Award - *5 TIME WINNER*
Only the Top 59 of 177 Dealerships receive this recognition

What Qualifies a Dealership to Win the SET Elite Award?
- Dealerships must have a Sales Efficiency score of 105% for at least 12 consecutive months
- Dealerships must be profitable to qualify and report 2022 YTD profit
- Dealerships must have an Image USA II compliant facility OR have a clean facility with no significant capacity deficiencies, has appropriate customer functionality AND is actively under construction of an Image USA II compliant facility or has committed and agreed upon an Image USA II compliant facility plan with a signed facility timeline agreed to by SET
